Deployment Approach – ‘Quick Start’

If you are like most new customers, you want to get started with ConnectAndSell immediately.

Working with our customers, we have developed a three-step process to the initial deployment of ConnectAndSell that balances the need for preparation with the desire to start using and benefiting from the System quickly.

The three step approach is:

  1. Customer Preparation & Pilot Definition – we work with customers to complete the necessary preparation and define a production pilot to initiate the ConnectAndSell deployment.
  2. Active User Preparation & Production Pilot – we run the production pilot and track progress carefully with the customer. We capture any lessons learned and identify gaps before preparing for roll-out with the remaining sales teams.
  3. Review & Production Roll-Out – once we have incorporated the recommendations from the pilot we begin the production roll out. We complete a number of activities to ensure smooth adoption, including 1-on-1 time with the Active-Users, Weekly Management Reports and periodic Executive Briefings.
