Deployment Assessment – “Health-Check”

Assess and improve your existing ConnectAndSell Deployment

Organizations and priorities change. ConnectAndSell has introduced the Health-Check to assist customers who want to take their use of ConnectAndSell to the next level.

The Health-Check is a short deployment review, resulting in a set of recommendations to proceed with the deployment.

The Health-Check draws on existing information from:

• Active-User Surveys
• Usage Profiles
• Weekly Management Reports
• Executive Briefings

We combine this with the results from short 15-20 minute structured interviews with selected Active-Users, CRM Administrators, Managers and the Executive Sponsor(s). The results of the Health-Check are a set of recommendations and an action plan and timeline to implement.
