Is ConnectAndSell a service or technology?
ConnectAndSell is an online system, often known as software-as-a-service (SaaS), that delivers live conversations to our customer’s sales, support and services teams. ConnectAndSell comprises online software, telephony-switching technology and live agents which work together to automatically initiate telephone calls, navigate the business-to-business (B2B) barriers and successfully place our customers in live conversations with the customers and prospects they are trying to reach.
Where are ConnectAndSell agents located?
The ConnectAndSell system enables live conversations to-and-from any times zone. Our agents are located in North American, Europe and Asia to allow the optimum time zone support and provide local language support.
Do ConnectAndSell agents ever speak to our contacts?
No. ConnectAndSell agents never speak to your contacts. ConnectAndSell agents are trained to speak with operators, attendants and assistants in a highly professional manner to ensure that we deliver live business-to-business (B2B) conversations to our customers.
What countries does ConnectAndSell operate within?
The ConnectAndSell system enables live conversations to-and-from any times zone. ConnectAndSell provides on-demand support for all English and Spanish speaking countries. Additionally we work with customers on a project-basis to support other languages.
Does ConnectAndSell help provide contacts for us to call?
ConnectAndSell works with customers to identify the appropriate contacts from their own internal systems. We also work with ConnectAndSell content provider partners to help our customers target, identify and source external data to meet their particular program requirements.

The ConnectAndSell system is used by customers to increase attendance at events, and to ensure rapid follow-up after events. Customers work with ConnectAndSell to complete guided voice mail programs and use their own staff to complete live conversations directly with attendees.
If customers wish to use a third-party to manage the attendance at an event, recommends certified partners who provide these services. Our partners are users of the ConnectAndSell system and therefore offer their customers several advantages over traditional event management services.

Does ConnectAndSell work with customer relationship management (CRM) and sales force automation (SFA) systems?
Yes. ConnectAndSell is frequently used with CRM and SFA systems. Our customers utilize CRM/SFA systems to manage and self-cleanse contact and activity lists to allow the sales teams to call the right contact at the right time, and for the right reason.
Does ConnectAndSell work with marketing automation systems?
Yes. ConnectAndSell is frequently used with marketing automation systems. ConnectAndSell can use the results of lead nurturing and scoring programs to ensure a live conversation with the prospect takes place at the most appropriate time in the sales cycle.
Does ConnectAndSell provide Voice Broadcast services?
No. A voice broadcast system plays a pre-recorded message to live answers and answering machines. Simple pre-recorded messages can be delivered, or the call recipient can be presented with a pre-recorded script.
Is ConnectAndSell a predictive or power dialer?
No. A predictive dialer allows a large number of calls to be made simultaneously and routes the live answers to the next available agent. The latency and abandonment rates of predictive dialers may result in an extended delay when the contact answers a call, or no agent being available. There is no way to tell in advance who has answered the phone and a large number of callable contacts is typically required.
Is ConnectAndSell a preview or progressive dialer?
No. A preview dialer makes sequential dials from a contact list and allows the agent to ‘preview’ the contact record prior to the call, and decide if they wish to proceed with a call or move to the next call. A progressive dialer passes the call information to the agent at the same time the call is placed. The agent has a few seconds to view the call information, but cannot stop the call process. In both cases calls are made sequentially and are limited by the number of agents. There is no way to tell in advance who has answered the phone and agents encounter a large volume of voice mail recordings.
Does ConnectAndSell provide guided voice mail services?
Yes, the ConnectAndSell provides simultaneous delivery of pre-recorded voice mails to large numbers of contacts in a single session. This capability is often used as part of a multi-touch marketing campaign or to improve event registration, attendance and follow-up activities.
Does ConnectAndSell provide automated voice mail delivery?
Yes, the ConnectAndSell system provides an option for customers to deliver pre-recorded voice mails to contacts that were not contacted during a specific ConnectAndSell session.
