Shawn Mclaren - Chairman & Chief Executive Officer

Shawn is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of ConnectAndSell. Shawn brings an enviable track record as inventor and entrepreneur. Shawn joined ConnectAndSell in 2007. Prior to ConnectAndSell, Shawn ran Securant which was sold to RSA. Shawn may be best known as founder of Cambridge Systems Group and inventor of the first storage management product for mainframe computers. Shawn is a passionate alumni of the University of Michigan.

Chris Beall - Vice President, Products

Chris joined ConnectAndSell in June 2011. He brings more than 30 years of enterprise software product development experience to ConnectAndSell. Prior to ConnectAndSell, Chris served as Vice President of Products at Aptara Corp, Senior Vice President of Product Innovation at GXS, CEO of Qlip Media, and Chief Technology Officer at Requisite Technology. Chris's inventions have been awarded twelve US Patents and his products have won two Industry Week Technology of the Year awards. Chris holds a Bachelor of Arts in Education (Physics) degree from Arizona State University.

Simon Blackburn - Vice President & Chief Sales Officer

Simon joined ConnectAndSell in Spring 2009. Formerly, Simon was Vice President of Sales at Enviance Inc. Prior to that Simon was Vice President of Regional Sales at NetIQ Corporation. He has also held positions at Oracle and Andersen Consulting. Simon holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Loughborough University, United Kingdom.

Tom Grubb - Vice President, Marketing

Tom joined ConnectAndSell in June 2011. He has 20 years of experience leading marketing at established and early stage companies including ThreatMetrix, Intuit, Embarcadero Technologies, Sybase, and co-founder at Bluecurve which was acquired by Red Hat in 2000. Tom holds a BS from Eastern Illinois University.

Jeff West - Chief Financial Officer

Jeff joined ConnectAndSell in June 2011. Prior to ConnectAndSell, Jeff was CFO at AcademixDirect, VP Finance at MySQL (acquired by Sun Microsystems in 2008 for $1 Billion), and held finance executive positions at Omnicell Inc. and Redback Networks. Jeff holds an MBA from Golden Gate University and a BA in Accounting from San Jose State University.

Jim Wilmsen - Vice President, Engineering

Jim joined ConnectAndSell in August 2011. He has over 20 years of experience leading technology organizations and developing software. Before joining ConnectAndSell, Jim was Senior Director of Product Architecture at IHS, a billion dollar global leader in the development of SaaS applications and information delivery systems where he was responsible for defining the next generation product architecture. Prior to IHS, Jim was CTO at Object Software, and prior to that he was CTO and VP of Development for Requisite Technology. Jim has 15 awarded U.S. software technology patents for catalog, content management and database technology and has developed or led the development of products that have received the Oracle Innovators Award, Industry Week's Technology of the Year Award, and the Java Developer's Journal World Class Award. He has a bachelors of science in Computer Science from the University of Colorado.
