Training and education to meet your requirements and experience level.

ConnectAndSell conducts live group training and orientation for initial deployments. We then conduct 1-on-1 assisted sessions with Active-Users to ensure that ConnectAndSell has been optimized to support their role and responsibility. Customers can access a series of online education videos to help them leverage the capabilities of ConnectAndSell in new areas of use.

Weekly excluding US Federal Holidays:
Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 8am – 9am Pacific Time / 11am – 12pm Eastern Time
Tuesday and Thursday from 1pm – 2pm Pacific Time / 4pm – 5pm Eastern Time

ConnectAndSell Direct (for Salesforce.com users) Training Schedule
Weekly excluding US Federal Holidays:
Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 1pm – 2pm Pacific Time / 4pm – 5pm Eastern Time
Tuesday and Thursday from 8am – 9am Pacific Time / 11am – 12pm Eastern Time

Closed Loop Calling Process (for Salesforce.com users) Training Schedule
Weekly excluding US Federal Holidays:
Tuesdays from 9:00am – 9:30am Pacific Time / 12:00 – 12:30pm Eastern Time

In order to participate in training you will be required to have your ConnectAndSell credentials and first session scheduled. This will be verified upon registration.

To Register for Training:

• Choose either “Direct,” “Connector,” or “Closed Loop Sales Process” from the calendar below on the preferred day.
• A calendar invite will open with the link within the description field to self register for the training.
• Please follow the link to register for the webinar.
• During the registration process you will have the option to save the training date to your calendar.
